Download the Total Collection Solution (TCS):
You may download the latest version of the Total Collection Solution from this
page. In order for the download to take effect, this new version must be placed
in the proper directory and must replace the older version. If you are uncertain
of how to proceed, we recommend that you first discuss the procedure with your
System Administrator.
Note that this procedure updates only the PC performing
the download function. To update other machines, you must copy the new Tcs.Exe to them or
you may perform this procedure on each. Please also note that these
instructions only provide for updating a machine on which TCS has already been
installed. To download the latest version:

Please read and understand all of these instructions before
starting.

Exit all TCS functions and programs on the machine
you are updating.

Start the download (below)
-
Select the option or button that allows you to save the
program to your computer.

A dialog box will appear requesting the target
directory and file name. Navigate to the directory where the program is
installed (normally "C:\Program files\Systems East\TCS"). Click on the file
named "Tcs.Exe" and select "OK". If you do not see a
file named Tcs.Exe, you are not in the correct directory.

Windows will inform you that "Tcs.Exe"
already exists and will ask if it may replace the program. Select
"Yes" to overwrite the old version and replace it with the newer
one.

When the download has completed, you may resume
normal operation of TCS.

When you restart the program, please verify that the version
number indicated is 1.3.235. If it is not, either the download did
not complete properly or the new module was placed in the wrong directory.
Please remedy the problem before continuing. If additional assistance is

Please also note that an update may require database
revisions to function properly. For more information, contact us at the
above number.

Download IFM/Access:
Updates and revisions to our Integrated Finance
Management and Access System (IFM/Access) are available by clicking on the
'Download' button below but you must first contact
Systems East. Please call us at (607) 753-6156 to verify that you have the
latest version or to obtain the latest if you do not.

Download HealthTrax:
You may download the latest version of HealthTrax from this
page. In order for the download to take effect, this new version must be placed
in the proper directory and must replace the older version. If you are uncertain
